Victoria has spent her career working on high-performing, interprofessional teams in some of the most high-stakes environments in healthcare. Holding a Doctor of Health Science degree, a Master’s in the Psychology of Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Health Professions Education, she dedicated her doctoral research specifically to occupational stress, burnout, and resilience.
As a Certified Professional in Talent Development and a Certified Health Education Specialist, she doesn’t just study these concepts—she crafts actionable toolkits to help individuals and teams thrive under pressure. She joins us to bridge the gap between psychological theory and real-world workplace wellness, guiding us in building practical resilience strategies we can put to work today.
