Practical Steps Toward More Inclusive Research
📅 Insights Career Network‘s Monday meetup on August 17 will feature Steve Levine on how to make research more inclusive. Steve will share how researchers can begin making studies more inclusive without overhauling every process. Drawing from the Accessible Insights Consortium’s Insights for All Toolkit, he’ll discuss simple improvements that expand participation, improve data quality, and benefit everyone, not just people with disabilities.
Participants will leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately and a new perspective on accessibility as both a business opportunity and a better way to conduct research.
Steve is a market research and customer insights leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations turn complex data into confident business decisions. He served for several years as Microsoft’s primary market research consultant before taking on roles at Apple, Johnson & Johnson, Aramark, and Blue Cross NC. His career spans consulting, client-side leadership, and industry advocacy.
He is one of the leaders of the Accessible Insights Consortium within the Insights Association, where he helped develop the Insights for All Toolkit. He is a frequent speaker on inclusive research and believes that small wins become big wins. His work focuses on making research more accessible, improving data quality, and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to be heard.
Steve is also the founder of strat360, a customer insights consultancy that helps organizations transform research into actionable business decisions.
