June 1, 2026 — Industry Leadership Announcement: Barry Jennings Joins the ICN Board. We’re thrilled to announce that Barry Jennings has joined the Insights Career Network (ICN) Board of Directors.
Barry brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the insights industry, including roles spanning Kantar, Dell Technologies, and Microsoft. Today, he also serves as Esomar‘s North America Ambassador, helping advance the profession and connect the global insights community.
“ICN continues to demonstrate the power of community within the insights profession,” said Simon Chadwick, Chair of the ICN Board. “Barry’s global perspective, industry leadership, and passion for advancing the profession make him an incredible addition to our volunteer board. His experience across both commercial and industry organizations will help us expand the value we provide to the community.”

As a volunteer-led organization, ICN’s impact is driven by leaders who roll up their sleeves and help create opportunities, connections, and support for insights professionals navigating an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving industry.
“Having spent more than 30 years in market research and insights — from supplier-side leadership at Kantar to senior client-side roles at Dell Technologies and Microsoft, and now serving as ESOMAR’s North America Ambassador — I’m excited to bring that full-spectrum perspective to the Insights Career Network at such a pivotal moment for our industry,” said Jennings. “The insights profession is being rapidly reshaped by #AI, evolving client expectations, and increasingly blurred boundaries across disciplines. I’m energized by the opportunity to help ICN support and guide the next generation of insights professionals as they navigate that change and build meaningful, resilient careers.”
Please join us in welcoming Barry to the ICN Board and thanking him for his commitment to strengthening our profession and supporting the people behind it.
