Insights Career Network Launches the Insights Career Hub, a Free Home for Insights Jobs, Referrals and Networking
Volunteer-built platform replaces spreadsheets and forms with searchable job listings, vetted talent profiles, and automatic job alerts for the market research and consumer insights community
ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA — AUGUST 8, 2026 — Insights Career Network (ICN), a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting insights professionals throughout their career, today announced the launch of the ICN Career Hub at InsightsCareerHub.org. The hub brings ICN’s job listings, its Active Insights Job Seeker List, and member networking into one free, searchable website.
Until now, ICN shared opportunities and seeker profiles through Google Forms and spreadsheets. Members had to resubmit to stay current, and roles went stale without anyone noticing. The Insights Career Hub replaces that workflow with listings that keep themselves fresh, alerts that find members, and privacy controls that protect job seekers.
The hub serves ICN’s community of 4,555+ members and 38,500+ followers: market researchers, consumer insights leaders, user experience researchers, analysts and the hiring managers, recruiters and colleagues who refer roles to them.
What the Insights Career Hub offers
For job seekers:
- An open jobs directory. Anyone can browse and filter roles by salary, level, location, work arrangement, sponsorship and skills.
- Insider referral context. A free account reveals who shared each role, their relationship to the hiring manager and how to reach them.
- Job alerts. Members save a search and receive matching roles instantly, daily or weekly by email.
- Peer networking. Seekers with an approved profile can find one another by location, experience and skills, then connect on LinkedIn. Email addresses are never shared.
For employers, recruiters and allies:
- Post a role in minutes. Any member can share an opening, including roles they know about but are not hiring for, with an option to post anonymously.
- Verified talent access. Hiring managers and recruiters can request access to the full Active Insights Job Seeker List. ICN reviews every request individually.
- Extended industry exposure. Hub posts about jobs also appear on the Greenbook Research and Insights Career Channel
For everyone:
- Listings that stay current. Postings lapse after 90 days unless renewed, profiles prompt their owners to confirm they are still looking, and a daily check flags broken application links.
- Privacy by design. ICN reviews every new seeker profile before it goes live, and visitors who are not signed in see only anonymized profiles.
“So many of the best insights roles are filled through someone who knows someone,” said Brian Fowler, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Insights Career Network. “The Insights Career Hub puts those human-verified referrals and insights professionals in one place and protects the identity of the referrer.
A member in transition sees insider tips for applying for roles and what to emphasize when they do. Sometimes, they can contact the referring hiring manager or recruiter, who, when verified by an ICN volunteer, can find verified talent without wading through stale lists.
The hub was designed and built by ICN volunteers, shaped by member feedback and an accessibility review completed in September 2026.

Availability
The Insights Career Hub is live now at InsightsCareerHub.org and is free to use. Visitors can browse open roles and community statistics without an account. Creating a free account takes a minute and unlocks referral details, job alerts, posting and networking. Existing ICN members are recognized automatically when they register with the email ICN has on file.
